The elevation of the Upfield Rail Line between Jewell and Anstey Stations can transform Brunswick for the better.
As a resident living in an apartment along the most tightly-packed part of the Upfield corridor, you will be affected.
We applaud the government’s investment in active and public transport, and think it’s important that we all have our say in how the new rail line is shaped. Without community input, this could all go off the rails.
We are ELEVATING BRUNSWICK, a community group formed to be a shared voice for apartment dwellers along the corridor.
Like you, we live along the Upfield line and we’re eager to see this watershed project deliver on its potential for everyone.
Our aim is to speak clearly and effectively to the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP), which is the Victorian Government organisation running this project, and to other decision-makers and the media.
We have developed a shared vision of success, made of six priorities that we will fight for.
You’re invited to take part in a short survey to give your feedback on the vision and share anything you think we’ve missed.
We’ve built this together – with ourselves and the communities we represent, so if you don’t have time to answer now, don’t worry – we’ve got you.
